She has been in the mental health field for almost 2 years and currently supports clients through both private practice and group therapy with Fraser Health.

She works with clients across all life stages (ages 6 and up) and life challenges without judgment. As both an immigrant and a parent, Jennifer brings lived insight into issues like cultural transitions and complex intergenerational dynamics.
In session, Jennifer invites clients to look inward, uncovering stories, patterns and strategies that may have once protected them but no longer serve them. Her insight-oriented style allows clients to safely explore their inner world at their own pace.

Donna is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 2 decades of experience supporting individuals and families. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Bachelor of Social Work with Distinction from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Regina. Donna has extensive experience in the field of support services. She has worked as a counsellor within a vocational high school, a Special Constable and Victim Service Worker for the Victoria Police Department, including serving on the Victim Service Mobile Crisis Response Unit.
